Hey has anyone had any experience with this yet? Bought it, screwed my iTouch, now I have to go to the iTunes store to see what the problem is. Do you think they can upgrade it for me so I don't have the same problem again?

Have you heard of Jailbreakme.com?
I have done it on my iphone and touch it's truly helpful and you can do so MUCH with it.
