bomb at scrap yard?

I recognize the fin design on the back, but not the bomb body style. It's too narrow to be a Mk-82, and too long to me a Mk-80. Still, it's rather interesting that it was found at a scrap metal yard. Somebody turned in a bomb for bucks?

Its actually an underground government storage facility. The problem is they let FEMA handle the transporting and of course FEMA screwed it up and left one sitting out there.
