Well I was playing WC3 and noticed a patch thing, downloaded it and on their news it said D3 was coming. Yet again I should check other forums... would be nice if my computer would load them faster. Anyways this game looks sweet and better be sweet. Been like what 7 years since the last one?

You weren't the only one that liked Warcraft 2 better. I disliked the focus on heroes that Warcraft 3 took. Still a good game, but WC2 was better.

Also the lack of any meaningful naval combat, third resource or useful towers added to my overall dislike for the title.

I only play wc3 for footmen frenzy and footmen vs grunts. Never played wc or wc2. I do however HATE the normal game. I only play custom games.
