Gotta love the tech companies who always claim it's not their fault. Makes me laugh that Comcast took it right to the throat with this.

While I've been a Comcast customer for ten years and hate them with a passion, I hate script kiddies that think it's funny to screw up people's lives even more. Denying people and businesses access to their email and pointing out a flaw that other script kiddies could use to steal usernames and passwords is not cool.

Granted, you could look at it from the standpoint of "Now Comcast knows about the flaw and will fix it", but they won't.

well, i agree comcast is lame sometimes. but this is not the way to get it even.. i dont know how, but somehow ppl will get it done.

Yeah, there was definetly a better way of describing in detail the vunerability to the techs since they had the main contact email address through the registrar
