no... there just happens to be more deer along side of the road. Not to mention the radio and cup holders


I was on 81 once heading towards Scranton and I looked over and saw this deer with a cop standing over it and he drew his gun(like 4 feet away from a major highway... I could have spit on him if my window was open). I got about a 100 feet past him and heard a bang I assumed from there...
