??? its effective by taking out the enemy quickly and sometimes actually saving more human lives than conventional warfare. Theres worse stuff out there than nukes. Gases can be really nasty.

I have no respect for Israel either to be honest. Just before the Golan hieghts offensive during the Six Day War Israel with malicious intent attacked a US NSA listening ship. Israel has killed US service men don't believe me google "Attack on the US Liberty". Plus they keep sending spies ...hell they just found another one. They may say we're allies but, so far it looks like we're an ally of convenience for them.

The 80s mobilization was nil, because the whole event took less than a day. It happened during an exercise, and one side (I think the Sovs, but I don't have this info readily at hand) though it was a preemptive attack. Records from both sides indicate that we were probably closer that day than any time before.
