This is a great gaming community.
Notice I didn'nt call it a 'CLAN' Persee'
I have to say, of my decade or so of being in the gaming community, and I am NOT joking, this was the BEST gaming community I have EVER been in.
In the past, I really didn't have much basis of comparison.
I thought I was in a decent clan in the past....until recent things caused me to leave a few years ago.
I think the ONE main reason about this group...the POSITIVITY..it's VERY positive! No negativity.
The last "clan" I was in....if a guy left...for some reason, people (mainly clan leaders) would take it personal or something...and someone was moving on, lost interest in a game...and they announced they were taking a leave of absence...thety would be like "Don't let the door hit you in the arse!"
And I'm like "what the heck is with that attitude?"
This gaming group has an open door policy, when someone makes an announcement that they were leaving or whatever, someone would always ay, "Hey, we're always here for ya....whenever you feel like coming back... you're always welcome!"
Or when someone has a gripe here..my last 'clan' I was in.....it got into a heated debate and flame wars of some sort.
Here.....people seem to disfuse the disgruntled poster, make him feel better about whatever occured. It's great!
