Fortnite has what is called "Creative" mode. This allows people to create their own Islands and "Games" using Prefabs, Galleries, Weapons, Consumables, etc. It is actually pretty amazing what some come up with! One person created a custom game based on the original Unreal Tournament 99 map, "CTF-Face". It was featured for several days in the "Playground" & Creative sections. Here is a screenshot.
