Unfortunately it's perfectly legal. Antigua is allowed to "pirate" any US trademarks in order to pay off trade agreements that the US is violating and that the government won't pony up on. It relates to gambling online and how it is regulate, and regulated in regards to trade agreements that we have. If they US backs out or holds out on this, uses trade santions, we're going to look hypocritical and the rest of the world will call "assholes" on us once again.

Hate to say this but, typical US response. Look the US is wrong in this. America lost each and every case brought before the WTO. What are we liars now. We sign treaties and then don't abide by them. Plus you'd bomb a country for pirating movies... WTF man.

Much larger countries already ignore copyright law and freely pirate stuff anyways...Antigua's piracy wouldn't even be noticed alongside the behemoth of China's government-sponsored IP theft. And frankly, does anyone care if the MPAA and the RIAA take a financial hit? Gloated conglomerates clinging on to outmoded business models...pfft. Go Antigua!
