What are these "public groups" I see in my profile. Well, lack there of. It has some section for public groups.
Oh DAMN! Off topic but I just figured this out. I changed the forum layout to sub charcoal and it is AWESOME! Even the banner changed. I dont have enough thumbs to rate this new forum, that is how much I like it.
