No email, but I thought of Cain's Lair when I started thinking about getting Battlefield V. Always RRRoamer on all the games I play.

The family is great. Our little guy, who was spawned here at Cains Lair, is now 7 1/2 year old. He is the joy of our life !!

Sup folks, missed yall from playing BAD Company 2, BF3 and BF4. I skipped out on BF1 because i couldn't really stand the source material. I picked up BFV because i gote a new rig with an rtx 2080 ti and just had to test it out on something. So far battlefield 5 hasn't been nearly as fun as bf4 but it feels like battlefield and that i can get behind. Glad everyone is doing well for the most part.

I tell you what, I leave for a while and all hell breaks loose. Looks like a damn retirment home around here, sheeesh. But it's good to see all the guys again. Still missing a bunch that I played with. I still keep in touch with Drisel and Jed. Been threatening to take a trip to Carolina to see them clowns. We had some great times in CoD 4, BFBC, BFBC2, BF3, BF4. I miss those games so much and all the fun we had. Sad thing is the PC gaming market is almost out the window. What with the console players ruining everything. That and EA not allowing Admins or server rentals. Dang shame.

I played the Betas in BF5 and wasnt that impressed. The problem is all the hacks that worked in BF1 are just as effective in BF5. Thats what killed BF1. EA aint too smart.

Anyway, I miss the good ole days and the laughs we had. I was in a tank with Limey in BF3 on the night map and he turned a tank upside down in the middle of the road with no one or anything around. We're toolin along and the next thin I now my monitor is upside down and I'm lookin out trying to figure out what just happened. Good times indeed. So come Black Friday i"m gonna be building a new gaming rig. All the bells and whistles. Any suggestions will be appreciated. And we might could hold out until EA gives in and starts to rent servers. I'd help pay for sure. And maybe we could get the band back together. I miss everyone here except Phantom. That boy aint right.

Lets kick this pig and start up something. What do ya'll think?????

I'm looking at BF5 maybe we can get the old band back together - we had so much fun for so long, but you're correct PC Gaming is all but dead these days, which is very sad.

On the gaming rig make a post over in Cain's computer club, our resident geeks check that forum, and hopefully someone will make some suggestions.

I just built a PC for work with that 8700CPU and it is screaming fast.
