Anyone played this game?
I've heard great things about it, im tempted to pick it up but its just another time sink that battles with WoW and CoD

yep ive played and beet it
Its a good game
i really enjoyed it. The story is second to none and is addicting. I really enjoyed it and cant wait for a new one 
or atleast new content.

Depends on if you play video games to fight, or to talk. There is a lot of dialogue in this game. Too much, IMHO. It's still a good game, but it wasn't nearly as great as I had hoped. did you ever play xenosaga? oh my god, there was a stupid amount of dialogue and cut scenes. The text-based dialogue (go here, talk to me!, deliver this) got old, but the cut-scenes were beautiful and the story was very well-delivered in my opinion. An excellent story is a huge thrill for me personally, and the cut scenes never got on my nerves at all.
But, then again, what I enjoy is different than most, I'll admit that. I'm such a geek that I actually got away with writing about this game for composition class. I talked about the ideas and themes present within its hours of cut scenes/dialogue... I got a 94 on that paper.
