There is a pretty cool show running on the History Channel right now called "Life After People". It's about what Earth would be like if all the humans were just gone all of a sudden. There is a part of it about 40 minutes in where they show what a city would be like after about 20 years of no people. They use the area around Chernobyl as the example and they use an unopened amusement park in alot of the shots. It's the site of the sniper level in the single player game right down to the ferris wheel you put the injured sniper down under and also has the bumper cars off to the right flank. It's a really interesting show if you are in to that sort of thing.
