Playing with a broken arm.

I'm trying to set up Mini with a way to play BF3 until his cast comes off. His left hand has limited reach and its hard for him to even get to the wsad keys so crouching and jumping will be hard. I think that with time he can use his fingers on the wsad keys and program a mouse to do other things. I also tried setting him up with my N52 keypad but its a bit big for his hand. I was wondering if anyone here had any ideas on how he could play during his recovery.

can you set it up any of the configuration with the mouse for the jump and just change the wasd to a straight linear format so zxcv. It will mean remapping things once you move the keyboard to a good position.

You could have him spawn in and be a turret.

Got him set up with a G600 MMO mouse, programmed the wsad stuff on the Gkeys. He will get the hang of it.

He won't go back, I have been using this since CS 1.3 (some microsoft mous with a bunch of buttons at the time) and have never been able to get jump and crouch back off the mouse. Reload, melee, and the usual stuff is there too.
