Underscores on Youtube

I tried looking this up for the past few days without any luck. The past few weeks, I've been noticing underscores in the youtube comments. Perhaps it's just on my end. I was wondering if anyone else has had the same issue?

For example: "This video_ is gay"

[K PhaNTOM]

"This user_ is gay"

Weird... I think it's on your end though. I haven't seen a single one.
