I am hearing rumors that Obama is asking his military leaders if, when ordered to, they would fire on citizens who would not lay down their arms or if they would participate in weapon confiscation. If they say no, they are weeded out. I thought the Posse Comitatus Act prevented that, but it dosn't. hmmmm

There are always rumors. Besides if you read part of the act that they want to push through there is a grandfather clause for older weapons.

But really in NJ it has been illegal to have most of the weapons that will be banned for the last 20 years.
