Juneau it sounds like you may like this site, it is a department of a company that I get brewing supplies from. I almost started out with this hobby but the caffeine was interfering with my sleep and giving me some heartbeat issues. Just reading about the process is very interesting.

It is a local shop, they make some great Aztec Mochas, and they somehow make their whipped cream out of decaf, so it tastes so damned good but doesnt give any extra caffeine. I do also buy my beans there to make my daily coffee at home.Comment
