I knew that a pickle was a cucumber (thanks to a family guy episode) but not how it became a pickle

Personally, I think sweet pickles are disgusting.

Dill/Kosher Dill = TY (The Yum).

I used to eat peanut butter and pickle sandwiches when i was a kid!

I'm pretty sure I've had good pickles. commercial and home prepared. making the assumption that someone with "chef" in there name would eat bad food is just wrong

My Mother-in-law works at a local restaurant and they have this sandwich on the menu called an Olde English .. its a meatloaf sandwich using toasted sourdough bread with sliced dill pickles and a thin slice of melted provolone cheese and a healthy side of seasoned fries.

Wow, talk about yummy !! I get that every time we visit there. Sure beats the double burger delight at the local fast food shack.

Sure - salt & vinegar are a natural combo.

Spread peanut butter on the cracker, top with a pickle chip, YUM!

And that sandwich sounds great, WT!

                            Fried pickles... Ahhhhhh, so good..

Homemade Garlic HOT pickles. Now THAT's a pickle.

In my sweet tooth youth, sweet pickles were great. Grandmother made
up jars and jars of them for us kids.

Now my taste is more refined... Sniff...

And I LOVE my bread machine.
