I'm sorry, but I doubt that I have seen a single person that shops in Walmart that is physically handicapped to the point where they need a scooter. Maybe mentally handicaped but I don't think that counts. All I see riding those scooters are young kids who just want to drive something until they get their driver's license. -
Your forgetting the 400$ people as well. And me and a few of my buddies are banned from the walmart by campus because we decided at 4am or there abouts on a sunday morning to play with the giant bouncy bally in the white rack and ride the bikes around. I am simply amazed at the type of people I see at Walmart on my 2 or so forced visits a year.
