When I'm home I make it with cinnamon and raisins but because I spend %60 of my time eating at crappy places I know all the menus by heart.

Never had one or plan to. It was dropped from the McD UK menu in 1990 apparently.

well they are using steel cut oatmeal I think more then anything else that will change the flavor. Personally I hate oatmeal but I have made it plenty of times.

Sorry, I meant for their juice. They have a HUGE list that they don't share because they aren't good for you like the other one but if you know them and ask, they will make them.

Everyone sometime felt in the trap of mcdonald.. You know, in commercial center, you pass by and you ask yourself, why am I hungry right now, oh wait, mcdonald, problem solved... It's that easy... But I always regret it few hours later when I'm thirsty like mad because it was so full of salt...
