You are sitting at a table with Osama bin Laden, a Snake and a Lawyer. You have a gun with two bullets. Who do you shoot.
My original answer was shoot Osama bin Laden then mortally wound the snake so he would bite the Lawyer before he died. Then the Lawyer would die a slow and painful death.
The actual answer is, you shoot the Lawyer twice.
I like my answer better.
