    interesting i didnt know all this. i thought england and great britain was the same.

      You've got to be kidding me?

      That actually a great little video and shows just how far the UK's global reach and recognition is still there.... sort of. There's a few things missing or wrong but they can be overlooked.

      Love the part about England being in the middle of the Atlantic and not near France. That i sooooooo true.

      On another note, i really wish we had great travel deals with the BOT's. I really want to go to Turk & Caicos Island but it's so damned expensive lol.

        Not surprised at least that 90% of Americans don't know the difference. We aren't taught a lot about our overseas Brit allies.

        Its something we'll probably forget given 6 months ... test us again in the summer and I'll bet we still don't get the answer right.

          We're not taught a lot about pretty much anything.

          I guarantee the average European knows more about American history than the average American.

            This is true. My mother is from The Republic of Ireland and knows a ton more of American history the you're average Joe here.
