This is a korean beta, I have no idea when we will see it.
It is a "remake" of bf2, with the 2142 engine, and 50v50 player capacity. also, it is free.
I read this on some random forum post somewhere.

50v50 would be nuts. If it really is free I'm interested. Wouldn't pay for it though.

I 2 would try it for free. But it looks like they went a little backwards with the graphics. Looks worse then b2

Since BF2142 was my first major game (sorry but I loved it) I just got a little chill when it's theme song played right there.

I would play that game but I bet it will be like Battlefield Hero's where you can only join a random game and then friends can follow you in.

I would try it out. I like the health bar idea.

50vs50 aint nuthin compared to Joint Ops. Sometimes you were looking at
64vs64..huge maps. Fun times, as long as you didnt have dial up, you were ok. Dang I miss the days of BF...

At one point Joint Ops had servers with 150 players. 75 each side was mayhem.

Yeah they had some huge maps. I loved them maps you take 20 minutes to run to your spot on the hill to snipe and nobody could see you.
