Duke, looks like you need to fix your "r" key.
Segways are great, but I haven't been on an "unlocked" Segway yet, with twice the speed from the locked touring models. I remember Bush managing to fall over the front end of one, which takes skill. Fall off to side or rear, yes. Over the front? That ain't easy.
My guess is this guy had a heavily used model that either lost the gyro or the brakes and he maybe ended up with it on top of him in the water. Either that, or he maybe had a heart attack while riding.

Co-worker of mine wrecked one on a tour of Gettysburg about 2 months ago. He survived but was banged up .. arm in a sling, black eye and facial scrapes.
Me being my typical smart@ss self .. when I saw him in the hallway I jumped on a nearby refrigerator truck and rocked it back and forth, going, "Hey John, who am I" ??
