I like mine still in the animal, alive and breathing! Sorry, NON meat eater. The taste of flesh is not on my menu, Nor is Colon Cancer and Heart Disease.
Red Meat is a staple in the Obesity Epidemic of the USA. All the Fat Americans and their Love for Mcdonalds and Burger King is putting them in the grave at 50 years old. Our Children our worse than we are! Time for a change!

While I don't agree with this, I still found the premise of throwing in an anti-meat tirade in the middle of a rib topic hilarious.

Equally funny is the fact that we are still commenting on it 19 months later.

Yeah, I noticed it right away, since I didn't even remember making this thread. I still don't get how/why 19 month old threads get bumped. Do people read page 23 or whatever of the forum and feel the need to comment on things? Is it due to a search that yielded it and they didn't realize it was an old thread? oh well

Pork ribs I like to boil in beer until cooked soft and meet is just about fall off the bone. Put your home made Bar-B-Q stuff on them. Then put out hot fire for fast outside browning of the meet.

Boiled ribs = shameful for someone living in the South.
