Hah, yeah. I saw this article yesterday and was going to post it. Thought the same thing, Phantom. What could help the chaos more than having a few mutinational corporations come in and level the place? Only folks it'll help will be the countries taking the stuff and the authorities taking the bribes to let them in (I'm sure the working conditions would be excellent in the mines for the locals [see China mine safety record], if they even use the locals to work them...but hey, it's better than war...not that that would end...maybe if we leave and let Karzai cozy more with the Taliban).Originally posted by K PhaNTOM View Post
