    Well, at least the "wife" of the waste-of-space husband says so. Lock him (them) up, I say. Maybe they can do a "Scared Straight" reality show or something worth watching.

              I'm surprised the National Guard helicopters didn't have FLIR, which would have detected there were no people inside the balloon.
