okay, so I have the green side all filled out, and the 2 bottom layers are the same color except 1 piece... how do I change it without messing up my damn work?

I put my rubic's cube on a fence post and at point blank range shot it with my AK47
Then went and dranked and smoked to relieve what stress was left over after shooting it.
