Sorry to hear that res but I'm glad you are OK man!
My average is about 1-2 hours at a time with my longest being about 8 hours or so.
Make sure your Monitor refresh rate is as high as your monitor can handle. That 60 Hz flicker can do a lot of damage.Comment
