I'm not sure. We might be able to guess more if they'd have given a time for the incident, maybe he was just racing to get to the liquor stores before they close.

One thing I noticed, though, he's got a wheelie bar (or whatever you call them) in the back of that thing, lol. Would love to have seen him racing down the street with the front wheels up in the air (just before he wipes it, I'm guessing)!

Epic fail.
I was severely dissappointed that there wasnt a pony keg attached to the back of this.

In college, we made one of these out of a coleman metal food cooler and an old Green Machine frame (remember when the bikes were made of pure iron and weighed like 50lbs?)

Top speed was 30+ MPH, but the throttle was only open 1/2 way. No one was brave enough to run it all the way open.

If you want to see the most bizarre vehicle possible go to amateur motorcycle races. People use just about anything to get around in the pits. Yes I've seen numerous motorized bar stools some even with flames...

Back on the topic- the 911 Calls were hysterical.
I heard them on the radio as I drove home the other day and this guy calls in and has to explain the motorized bar stool to the operator.
