I'm telling ya...
China too, has been dealing more and more with countries in South America. That's part of the problem with simply not talking to fellows like Chavez or Castro...in a free market, they'll just work with our adversaries...buy arms from them...give them bases (maybe even missile silos someday to counter our push for them in European countries) in our hemisphere...etc. Not too mention how close the subs from some of these countries have gotten to our ships at times, without being noticed.
But, ooops, I was almost "fear mongering" again!
