Its because of stuff like this that America is dying. Why should the train company be responsible for this guy getting so drunk he walks on the tracks? He should have to take responsibility for his actions. -
lineman its just llike if a burgerler breaks his leg robbing your house your held responsible(at least in NY), its totaly stupid, and uncalled for... people who get shot for hour country and lose a leg dont even get half that.Comment

The only reason I could think of that the jury would find on this guy's side would be that they'd try the same thing if it happened to them. It is pathetic. At the same time, maybe the folks in the jury are looking at it in the way folks who cut me off in my 40,000 pound bus must: it's his job to stop, and he can do it in the same length of time a car does, he's a professional so he should think for all of us--and I've got to get to WAlmart!!! (I'm sure that they're really no capable of so many thoughts at one time
)
Anyway, another example of tax dollars paying for another of Darwin's D crowd...and yes, the breaking of our country...Comment
