Flash for a Web Site ??

Anyone here know how to do some basic Flash animation, for a Web Site Intro ??

I used to be able to do some basic flash with animation and sound, it's been a really long time though.

I'm looking for someone to help me set up a basic Flash Intro, Fading text, and then my logo fades in for the final panel ...
