Yea I read this yesterday....it was obvious from day 1 that legal fees were going to out-weigh the return on settlement....it was dumb of them in the 1st place to try and go after all these ppl

They already figured it out. As soon as Radiohead released In Rainbows as a download only, independently distributed album at literally whatever price the buyer decided it was worth, it changed the entire record industry.
