If everyone is lagging/rubberbanding it is the server. If it is just a few people, it is probably your connection. Have you tried running a trace?

trace root? yea! its ok from my side. 3,4 frog member having some rubberbanding this week, i have play this morning and same thing, its not unplayable. i dont know if it can come from NFO... your server don't have any plugins i think? i'm going to play in few min so i will check with my friends if they rubberband or not!Comment

It is possible that the server might need rebooting.
