You find little circle things that spawn on the map and they give you "power-ups" Such as flying or using a vehicle or a rocket and thermal nades. I didn't see any Vaders roaming around.

my guess is it will be some type of power up and they wont let us play it. I would love to see a dev come in as one though.

Makes me long for an updated version of the old X-Wing and Tie Fighter games.

Chances it will have good joystick support? Nil...

Why can't these games support using a good joystick for flying?

I will say, from the long version of the Gameplay trailer, it has a very nostalgic feel to the Battlefield series
