Tossing out my last crapy Logitec mouse, looking for a replacement.

My G500 just died, this is the fifth Logitech mouse that I have had to toss and I'm looking for something that is made better. I need at least two thumb buttons and one that has a decent weight to it.

I just bought the Corsair Vengeance M65 when I built my new PC. I don't know the durability yet, but it seems to be a high quality to me. It feels awesome and I really like the look of it as well. It defiantly has more weight than my old Logitech mouse and has an aluminum chassis. Has 3 thumb buttons two you can set and one that slows the sensitivity. I don't really get the sensitivity one seeing as you already have much more fine control with a mouse. Its supposed to be fore better aiming, but whenever I have tried using it it does more harm than good for me.
Apparently my BF EA manager name is "AwesomeFK" If anyone knows how to change that let me know.

I would recommend the Deathadder, but those die just as well as Logitech. Gaming mice don't last.

Thought about contacting Logitech Duke? Their support is one of the best and they usually send out replacements even after your warranty has expired.

Corsair or Logitech. I had equally as many problems with Razer as with my combined problems with Asus, Logitech, Seagate, Acer, Dell... the list goes on how shit Razer products are.

Currently using a Corsair and I have a few Logitech mice that I swap around for work or whatever.

I'd really suggest the Corsair M65. Good price and performance for a gaming mouse if you're tired of Logitech.

Razer mouse have been good to me. I owned one for 4 years. I'm on my second mouse which I upgrade to the DeathAdder and so far it great 6 months and counting...

Any other manufacture that I would recommend is corsair. They products are great. I'm sure the mice are as great as there ram n coolers.

I haven't but it's worth a try. I have a crap load of Logitech items and have been happy and recently I was surprised that I could order a USB dongle for my wireless headsets so I guess they deserve a chance but going through a mouse every year or so chaps my ass.

wow ... maybe mini shouldn't be using your mouse. OR wipe your hands off before using the mouse?

something about newer hardware not lasting long! my logitech MX518 has gone strong for 7 years now.

duke have you tried spotting with button 4 or 3? (forward and back browser buttons) it works well for me and i recommend trying it. i set Q as my mic button out of habit from counter-strike.

That was the first one to go, then I bought another one which failed. Then 2 G400s failed rather quickly, one of mine the other was Minis, both had the buttons fail. I'm not sure how long I have had my G500 but when I googled the problem it seems to be common on that model.

For ten years I have been gaming on both a laptop and a desktop because of the difference between the keyboards I have always used a Belking N52. There are plenty of keys available on that which I program the same for every game I play. I use the mouse for aiming and attacking, the forward thumb button is the melee button, the aft thumb button is primary weapon selection and pressing the mouse wheel tosses a grenade. This is implanted in my brain, the thought of changing it is just scary.

Ive had nearly the same key binds since ut2k4, few alterations game specific but mainly still the same.
I tried altering before i just revert back, my muscles are programmed XD

I'm sure I was one of them, I love the mouse but it just didn't hold up like I needed it to. I do toss it my bag and travel with it, maybe that's why it died.

I've only had mine a year and a half. Used it the whole time Cain was running the CSGO server, I know I put a lot of hours and still going strong.
