If you could have an actor/actress in a movie

If you were given orders under national security to make an awesome as hell movie, what actor or actress would you have in it?

It doesn't matter what type of movie, you are just told to make a movie, doesn't matter if its a documentary, action movie, romance, comedy... propaganda... Anything


What actor or actress would you choose?

Johnny Depp and Maggie Gyllenhaal. Two of the finest around at the moment. :)

This is a difficult question. I think it requires some sort of break-down because of the candidates out there. It's just too hard to pick only 2 actors. If I had to pick just one, period-under your request, then it would probably be Daniel Day-Lewis. He doesn't make many, but each one is superb.

If I'm looking for quality performances, Oscar-level, I'm probably calling Daniel Day-Lewis and either Meryl Streep if I want older, or Cate Blanchett/Kate Winslet if I want younger.

For action, Jason Statham is at the top of the list, and maybe Ziyi Zhang.

For shear hilarity, I'm dropping the actress, and making a buddy movie with Bruce Campbell and Gary Cole.

And finally, if I'm looking for kick-butt villainy, I'm going with John Malkovich and Gary Oldman.

hmm i'd have to go with gene hackman.. i dont think i've ever seen him give a bad performance
