Anyone seen our Nukes?

I hear that 6 nukes were misplaced for a couple of days and left unguarded in a USAF base as it was thought that they were dummies. :shock: Don't worry George, they're duds, look you can hit them with a hammer and noth............ :roll:

Oh boy, there will be a few sore butts in the Pentagon tonight, well more than usual :|

Nooo, firing is for when you steal the stationary or charge the company for a meal for the family, this is gross misconduct and I thought would end up in the glass house serving some serious time. There is quite a difference in losing the company cell phone and 6 nukes :?

Are you sure they did not say they were going to "fire at" or "fire off the nukes with officers attached". It could be a sign of old age when you hear things wrong.

Look, there's actually a lot that has to happen before anything can even happen. I know that sounds odd. Hearings have to be held, Article 15's will be everywhere... And at least 6 officers are going to be in a crap load of trouble for all of this. A few colonels, some lt col's... The pilots to say the least, not to mention the number of enlisted members that also dead with nukes, like the loaders, some ammo troups mabey, and of course a few nuke troups (high up's at least, like SMSgt's and CMSgt's).... Heads will roll for this.

Yeah, saw that story on Yahoo about the B-52 bomber flight that was carrying live missles, WITH warheads.

Freaky. If the missles was dropped, you got yourself a major incident that would be ringing the country for days.

What has our country gone these days? Forgot to secure their arensal of nukes from the Cold War days?

won't happen. They would still have to get past all of the normal security for any military base, and get past flight-line security as well.

I understand that even if dropped or the plane crashed they would not explode as they are not armed. However, they could alter real estate prices in a few states :shock:
