...Lair EVERY TIME I go to the website??

Even when I "SAVE" The password to keep from having to do it again, I have to go and log in again if I wait long enough or leave the site and come back to it.

This is the ONLY site where this issue occurs.

How do I take care of a corrupt cookie?

You can delete your cookies from your browser:

If using Internet Explorer: Click on TOOLS - INTERNET OPTIONS
In the middle of the window, you have a DELETE COOKIES button. You can also clear your cache files here by clicking on DELETE FILES. Always good to do if websites are acting all bonky.

If using Firefox: I don't remember the exact path, but under TOOLS again, you should have something called CLEAR PRIVATE DATA. This should open a new window allowing you to delete various temp files.

I used to have this problem as well and it might have been linked to my favorite. After you delete your cookies, login to Cain's Lair making sure the LOG ME IN AUTOMATICALLY is enabled. Once you are in, make a new favorite to access the website.

You shouldn't. You should only have to re type it 1 time and make sure you click always logged in (or something like that). That should resave the cookie and it should be fine.

I've had the problem at work (mandatory IE) and never at home (using Firefox) as well

The old fix was remove the www from the address.
Remember that whole thread !!

but the cache cleaning should work just fine.
