Has anyone played any good RPG's lately? I have lost interest in most of the games I have at the moment. I was so bored that I made these: nerokarn/WoW Sigs - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting (http://s186.photobucket.com/albums/x114/nerokarn/WoW%20Sigs/)
over 100 sigs... :disgust: .

Spore is not an RPG. It's just the most over-hyped game I can ever remember.

I second the vote for NWN 2. I finally was able to play it the past two months or so, and it's fantastic. Got Mask of the Betrayer ready to go soon. Want to check out Mass Effect, but am not willing to pay for it yet. And I will be getting Fallout 3. Not much else out there right now (though I still have KOTOR 2 in my to play list, so that may be good if you haven't played it yet).

I'd have to throw Mass Effect up there with Spore as a massively overhyped game. It was alright, but ultimately I found it to be pretty bland.

I've been meaning to check out NWN2 myself, I avoided it at release due to reports of some pretty serious bugs, I'm guessing they've patched those out by now?

BTW nice sigs Doc. :2thumbs:

Yeah, I was considering NWN 2, I was put off by the click to move element, but Dungeon Siege has that as well, so I think it's worth a shot.

EDIT: Oh and thanks for the compliment, I have been practicing making userbars, and I think I finally have a style I like.

Clicking to move is a pretty standard thing and NWN 2 is about 10 times the game that Siege is. Siege pretty much played itself and you got to pick up the loot and pass it around.

It did start buggy but after a couple patches it does play quite well now. I just get frustrated with the camera some.

Good to hear, I loved DS, but if NWN 2 is better that's great. :2thumbs:

With NWN 2, save the game A LOT. The only bugs I encountered were borked auto saves. It's a bit extra hassle, but well worth it. Especially after the second or third time you play the same frigging dungeon area again.

I'd say get Warhammer once closed and open beta leave. since I'm in closed beta I have to say ITS AWESOME. One you can do the city sieges and scenriaos they have been talking about from the very instance you make your character. also when you join a scenriao or city siege at lvl 1 don't worry that you'll die a lot. You'll get stats of a lvl 8 to lvl 18 if you join one.

I'm waiting on a review from a buddy of mine that's also in the closed beta, but so far signs are good that I'll be picking Warhammer up at release.

Just played with Spore for a few hours and it was pretty damn fun! Not sure how long the fun will last, but so far, it is keeping my interest.

I just got killed by a species I created, which was kinda funny. hehe.

"Oh look, this is my first creature"
AARRRGGG!! Dead me. haha

I just picked that up myself. Grand Theft Auto in a warzone. Not a bad game.

My 2 favorites are The Witcher and Gothic III. Both are
very good RPGs.

I personally like eve online. Its complicated, risky, and only one world, but thats what i like about it :2thumbs: The only problem is the insane techtree and learning curve.
