Cant create logon?

I'm not sure what the heck im screwing up here. everytime i try to create a logon it says 'logon error' cannot create logon, must start with alphanumeric characters cant start with a space blah blah. I'm not using non-alphanumeric characters!!! :pissed: :pissed:
