Well, Kenshin and I had taken an (unwanted :D ) break from TF2 mainly due to school + work, but last night we rediscovered the pure fun that is TF2. Not to mention, saw a few friends, including BenKenobi, Guile, and FreeLance FoX, whom I haven't had the pleasure of seeing since BF2142.

There wasn't quite as many Medics as I expected, though I guess the initial achievement craze is over. I managed to pick up a meager six achievements, though I guess that's not half bad for not even knowing what to do.

Looking forward to playing some rounds with you guys sometime. :2thumbs: Hopefully Kenshin and I will be playing fairly regularly for quite a while, so if we see you in-game, we'll try to keep you company. :D

I'm finally going to install it tonight! Been overwhelmed by COd4 and now the DoD Sourse but I'm doing it tonight! YAY!

It was fun... you guys should check out fearedgamers.net server... it is purely awesome. It's sometimes hard to get in, but is definitely worth the wait. All the players are vets that got bored of the stock maps, and all the maps are custom and its very fun, lots of admins, lots of mics, and lots of teamwork. I'd love to see more CLRs own it up in there other than me and goblin. Goblin and I usually have the top scores for every round we play with our heavy+medic combo. I saw you both doing the medic heavy combo, so that would be so fun if we could get 2 pairs doin it...

To be honest, I'm afraid of custom maps (mostly because I don't want to be the one going, "Where on earth is the next control point?!?1!!) but I'm assuming they choose some good custom maps to play there.

Do they play all custom maps, or some stock, as well? Either way, I'll likely try to join you if I see you on.

Heavy+Medic combo seems to work very well. I was very upset when I died getting 19 kills when Kenshin played Heavy; only 1 off from the 'Big Pharma' achievement. I bow to you, Ben, for getting them all.

Actually the server plays a considerable amount of goldrush, and it ends up going to 2fort every once in a while when the mapvote starts :cry: i hate stock maps but still its fun
