MY BF2 cains server question

Wow great we got BF2 back. my question is simply this...this server i am guessing makes slots for cains lair members. Must we have a CLR tag in order to get that slot?

Vince the server does not have any reserved slots its first come first served

Even Cain himself would need to wait in line if the server was full.
We currently do not have reserved slots for anyone on the server, regardless of the tags you wear.
