Special Forces Error Messages

If you reload Special Forces,

make sure you re-patch with 1.41 otherwise you will get an error message saying that the lighting shaders can't be found.

Or if you had a corrupted version of BF2 still installed, and reinstalled that, don't forget about reinstalling SF also. I just had an error message that I didn't have the map installed.

Is the 1.41 patch (~540mb) the main patch that one would use to patch up from the initial install to current, or is it one in the series of incremental patches?

Well IO got that same message Rand did. I tried to reinstall SF and when I put in the second disk and click ok my computer freezes both times and I have to hard start my computer. I'm not trying a third time this is ridiculous!:pissed: I was looking forward to seeing Cain and the gang. Blah!:mad:

LOL I should have checked here first. I just spent time goggling to the shaders error. I am re patching 1.41 now I hope that helps. Thanks BA.
