Be patient and read this through:
I was at my girlfriends house on Wednesday morning getting ready to go to her grandmother's funeral.
Her brother shows up and like us he is dressed in black.
It is dreary outside and pouring rain, so he has a rain coat and hat on.
I was kidding him that with his genuine oilskin DrizaBone Riding Coat and hat he looks like Van Helsing.
and then the doorbell rings.
It's a location scout for Wes Craven's next film ("25/8") and they want to set up a walk through of my girlfriends house since they have been scouting it for the past month.
and there we stand, all in black, looking like we are in a Wes Craven movie.
It was all very surreal. and very cool.
They will get back to her in the next few weeks to let her know if she was chosen.
