Wasnt sure to put this in here or Comm. chat, but here it is. I was making hamburgers the other night and was looking for some good stuff to marinade them in. I had some Mezzeta brand golden greek imported pepperoncinis, and some Kikkoman roasted garlic sauce/marinade. Put the patties in some kind of deep pan, pepper the hell out of them, and then add the mixture. I would say it is about 60-70% pepperoncini juice and the rest the garlic marinade. I had the same hamburger(same meat) a few nights before, was alright. Then I did this, OMG, it was better than hamburgers at most resturaunts. If you like hamburgers, I highly suggest doing this. It is very easy, just two liquids and you can add all the powder spices you want, we only had pepper at the time so thats all I did. Dead_And_Gone, I hope you read this and do it with some of those homegrown peppers and spices you guys have, I think you would love it. I am sure it would work just as well with a steak, but I dont know about poultry.

Atleast someone cares for good eats. Seriously, this was GREAT! I am sure any pepper juices would work fine, dont have to get the exact brand, but if you guys are into grilling and cooking, I highly suggest trying this.

what is the egg to burger ratio? lol, that is a strange question. And, what is red label select?
