Has anyone ever brined chicken before BBQing it. OMG it's like crack!

I Brined a turkey last year for thanksgiving and it wasnt that good at all. Would have much rather just fried it and have been done.

I brine chicken, turkey and pork chops all the time.

I made pork chops with onions and peppers in Balsamic Vinegar last month. I brined them first and they are very juicy.
