Roof Camping to fire into PAC uncap legal? FoB

I had a situation today where roof campers were spamming Nades and sniping directly into our uncap from the roof at FoB.

Roof camping by itself isn't against the rules, but perhaps this is going a little too far? And yes, there was at least one CLR on the roof.

Your opinions?

as long as the roof is not next to a spawn point i think its fine even if u can hit people in the uncap. if the spawners can move about there are plenty of ways to hit back at the roof toppers. i believe roof toping is a very good strategie and every time i lead a squad on conquest u will prolly find me on a roof.
but thats just my opinion and i am rarely on conquest anymore anyway

The roofs not a problem, its the sniping people off. 15 seconds is long enough to reload a clip and wait on someone re-spawning, put a medic, support, and 4 recons up there and its total chaos.

+1 except the snipers were assualts with rockets. This happened to me on Conquest, thats why I made the thread in report a jerk. ALmost their whole team was at our uncap, most on the roofs spamming their rockets at the uncap. This didn't only happen on Fall of Berlin, on the landing map (whatever its called), the same thing except instead of roofs it was hills.
