Since we are slowing down on BCB2, I've been engrossed in the new Fallout game, and it's FUN.

Yes, It is only SP, but still very enjoyable.

Who has it, who loves it, who hates it???

:luvu: I just cant stop playing it. Hardly doing the quests because i am afraid the game is going to be over... I played the same way F3 very slow and enjoying every moment of the game.

I just got the last companion, and she/he is hilarious. :twisted: About to go back in after taking a quick break to continue some minor work in my basement bathroom and painting two walls on my stair well.

The first one didnt work for me. I could play it for 30 min or so and then it would crash my computer. Im not sure if this is going to happen in this one so i might wait and see.

This isn't a "not playing for me" kind of thing. Fallout 3 was buggy as hell when it was released, even worse than New Vegas. It affected everyone, but it got better with patches, and it didn't stop the game from being one of the best ever made.

this game is addicting, i say ok after im done with this quest im going sleep but i just resist to find out what next... so i stay up playing for another hour :D

True yesterday i spent 12 hours playing this game , and missed Halloween...

Dude I just did a quest for Black Mountain Radio. Freaking hard as heck with melee weapons only. I ran out of ammo. At least I have a bunch of Super Sledges and other heavy weapons.

Are you still on hardcore? because I have had no trouble finding ammo.

Yeah, I am still on Hardcore. Deathclaws and Cazador's don't drop ammo and are freakin hard to kill, cazador's especially when I am forced to fire outside of VATS. The area north of starting point is loaded with them, giant radscorpians and deathclaws. None which drop ammo. lol Fun as hell to go though though. My companions atm are Veronica with supersledge and ED-E with upgraded weapons.

I hate the Cazador's an they do take up a bunch of shotty ammo and anti venom.

Im on my second play through atm, playing on hard and hardcore :twisted:

So far im not high enough lvl to really go deep off the roads but i can handle alot. Ammo isnt to much trouble there are alot of traders, upgrade a few rifles with scopes and have at em.

Im using Boone and Ed-e. Give boone a nice scoped sniper rifle and some ammo and he does a good job, even with his stock rifle he is pretty good.

I'm not a particular fan of Boone right now, because I've got 100 sneak and I like finding sniping perches or snooping around. Next thing I know--BOOM, headshot! The guy can't stop ruining my approaches. :twisted:

Do you have him set on passive and follow at distance?

I actually find Ed-e to be the more annoying 1. Whenever I start creeping up on a hostile he sounds off that damn music and they come running:hit:

Yeah, totally annoying but when you CHARGE in with NOTHING on but your undies and a Super Sledge, it's nice to hear theme music.

Yep. Doesn't make a difference. I think follower AI is one of the little bugs in the system they need to fix.
